I have been worked and touched A list Celebrities but you dont see I post any to prove , because in this field it is Unethical to have a photos or autograph with them why?

In the professional world of film , tv and commercial production, it is generally considered unprofessional for crew members to ask talent for autographs or photos while on the job.

When you are hired as part of the crew, you are there to provide a service and maintain a professional environment. Asking for an autograph shifts the dynamic from "professional colleague" to "fan," which can make talent feel uncomfortable, pressured, or like they aren't being treated as an equal peer.

Why You Should Avoid It
Breach of Professionalism: You are being paid to facilitate their work, not to consume their celebrity. Many production companies have explicit policies against crew members soliciting autographs from talent.

Disruption: Talent often use their time in the hair and makeup chair to focus, relax, or prep for the scene. An autograph request interrupts that headspace.
Risk to Your Reputation: If the actor feels uncomfortable or thinks you are unprofessional, they may mention it to production. At worst, this could jeopardize your future work opportunities on that production or with that production company.

Honored and incredibly grateful to be featured in THE ARTISAN – Fall 2026 “From Classroom to Set: Make-Up & Hair Masterclass,” alongside the talented Marina Galstyan.
It was such a rewarding experience sharing our knowledge, passion, and real-world experience with the next generation of story teller aspiring make-up artists and hair stylists at Firebaugh High School.
Being able to inspire young creatives, introduce them to the world of film and television, and share what it truly takes to work behind the scenes is something I deeply value. 🎬✨
Thank you to Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild, IATSE Local 706, and THE ARTISAN for giving us the opportunity to share this experience.
Most importantly, thank you to all the students for your enthusiasm, curiosity, and passion. Keep creating, keep learning, and never stop dreaming! ❤️

What an honor to see our work and this meaningful experience documented in the pages of THE ARTISAN. 🙏✨
