Just remember that even through this immense pain we are beautiful, s*xy and confident even when we don’t feel like it.

Love yourself and do all the things you want to do. Put you first.

Day 7 Tonal Values - to make something appear 3D on a flat surface we need TONAL VALUES. Not the colors, not the form, not the technique makes something look realistic. . For Day 7 make 10 squares and tone them from the lightest to the darkest. You can choose any simple form subject and paint it to see those different tonal values. Not just light and dark - there are many tonal values 🥰 . The Connection Between Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia
This article nails it. And that’s my personal struggle, I’m pretty sure there are others out there with the same problem. And I deal with both..

Common Symptoms of Endometriosis and Fibromyalgia
Pain is a common and often challenging symptom of endometriosis and fibromyalgia. Women with endometriosis tend to experience chronic pelvic pain, in particular. People with fibromyalgia may experience persistent and widespread pain.

A common comorbidity of both diseases is chronic fatigue syndrome — a long-term illness characterized by extreme fatigue for at least six months not caused by any identifying underlying medical condition.

“I’m in so much pain, I can hardly walk. Between endo and fibro, I’m done,”

Care rides suck , walking suck, working out at the gym can suddenly trigger pain.. long story short it never gives you a heads up! It just comes with it feels like it and stays there to torment you for days on end. Anything and everything gets me so frustrated. It’s hard for anyone to understand the frustration the comes with it and they may say is fake or you’re just making that up or all you seek is sympathy or self pity. It’s not. It feels like my internal organs are on a overdrive I can feel the swelling..

I remember my spouse telling me that one of his ex has endometriosis and she told him that s*x made feel better and the cramps went away.

So listen, not everyone has the same symptoms or pain level. All I can say is some women are just so lucky to even have s*xual desire with endometriosis and wonder what’s wrong with me.

Sometimes, my drawings tell what’s on my mind and how I see life with endometriosis.
No one’s gonna believe you that you’re always suffering in pain, because it’s not visible. Maybe it’s just best if we removed ourselves from people who think that endometriosis is just in our head or maybe they had experiences with women who don’t have severe symptoms like some of us.

My Endo sisters, you are not alone in this. It’s ok, sometimes we have to do what is needed for us and everyone around us. But, we need to put ourselves first for the sake of our mental, physical and emotional health.
After all, we are all just humans and we all have wants and needs we can't have unlike others.
Just know that you are always loved and good days and bad days.

Somedays when I’m down with flare-up, I start drawing, painting and coloring.
Helps to take my mind of the pain to some extent.
