We're absolutely thrilled to announce that Son of Monarchs will be screening at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival!

We are part of the festival’s NEXT section, which celebrates bold, innovative works, and have been awarded the 2021 Alfred P. Sloan Prize, given each year to a feature film that focuses on science or technology as a theme, or depicts a scientist, engineer, or mathematician as a major character.

Thank you to the team, Alfred P. Sloan's program in Public Understanding of Science and Technology and, of course, to our wonderful cast, crew, and our many supporters. A big congratulations to our incredible lead .

is doing things differently this year with online screenings via festival.sundance.org and Satellite Screens across the country, so you can access it on your own screens or in your community! Hope you’ll join us January 28 - February 3. Tickets go on sale January 7.
