I’ve lived in California basically my whole life and was homeschooled before it was “cool”.

Some areas I want to grow in are embracing my femininity and becoming more fit with a holistic approach. I’ve done the dieting and calorie counting and I’ve been learning that there is more to it than that. My weight has been my biggest insecurity for a long time and I’m ready to make changes in a more balanced and long term way instead of quick fixes.

Here on my page, I like to talk about clean and nontoxic products that add beauty and wellness to my life. I’ve been passionate about removing the harsh chemicals and toxins from my lifestyle since losing a couple family members due to health issues a few years ago.

I’m by no means perfect and have a ways to go but I thank you for following along on this journey with me.
