Inverted Rows / THERACK Pullup
Cool 😎 Back, Bi’s, Shoulders and Core.
Work it in. At the top of the Pull, press your hips(hip thrusts)to the sky. This little thrust will engage your core and glutes too. On the negative movement, start the glutes down first then the arms. ✔️😎

4X Through and done. ☑️
Good for a Quickie. I’ll drop the Tire step ups and squat on Stories.
