Happy ! Today, we're so excited to be featuring Vicenta Martínez, President of Westlake South Neighborhood Council. Vicenta got involved in her Neighborhood Council after stopping by their table at a community event. "I wanted to be the change in my community, and show that women can make a difference," she shared. Vicenta encourages everyone to get involved in their Neighborhood Council, and to "represent your community with pride." Thank you for your leadership, Vicenta!
