Lucie Vegan recipes

As much as I love to cook, I also love to go out and get the best vegan food. Planta Cocina is probably my favorite place here in LA (they’re located in Marina Del Rey but it’s kinda LA right?)

Anyway, wanted to share some of my faves from there, which I get every time I go (I’m so bad at trying new things so I just stick to the things I know are amazing but honestly the whole menu is incredible)

Anyway, I rate everything 15/10 ok, no less, maybe it should be more though
🥢 1,000 layer crispy potato: caviar, sour cream, chives
🥢 dragon roll: tempura brocoli, spinach, avocado, spicy unagi sauce
🥢 torched & pressed: avocado, miso truffle glaze
🥢 bang bang brocoli: sweet chili, peanut sauce 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️
🥢 udon noodles: truffle mushroom cream, shaved black truffle
🥢 tres leches: passion fruit, vanilla buttercream (if I knew my last breath was coming, I’d eat this cake before I leave this earth, that’s how good it is so swap until the end to see this beauty 🥹)
