Our Stone Ridge Residence is perched high above the desert landscape, a study in seamless indoor-outdoor living. Timeless olive groves weave through a modern architectural canvas, creating a dialogue between old and new—an iconic vision rooted in place, yet distinctly forward-looking.

Perched above the city, our Marcheeta project is defined by quiet restraint and commanding views. As daylight fades, the architecture settles into the landscape while the horizon comes alive with the lights of Los Angeles beyond.

We are honored to receive the 2026 Gold Award from the Urban Design & Architecture Design Awards for our Makana Estate—a floating pavilion residence on Oʻahu’s North Shore for its exceptional design, innovation, and creative intelligence, selected from ultra high end residences from around the globe.
