That time we had pretend children. 🙃

Kids received their first tardy at school today... because they were busy picking their noses. 😜

(They actually did get their first tardy today and we did film an audition before school, but they make up their tardies and absences by going to Saturday school occasionally, which they LOVE. We often film auditions before school but they've never been tardy before. Jonathan was filming a movie yesterday so things were a bit off schedule! 🙃)

In a late night update of what in the world is going on with the Stucky Dane Family...

LA Callback!!! We dropped 3/4ths of the kiddos at school and even in the face of a National Flood Waring, high tailed it up to LA for an in person "couples" callback. Our first ever couples CB

And apparently it was just virtual producer/director day b/c the audition room was empty except for the camera guy, Dylan. Who was a delight
... And it's pretty safe safe to say there isn't anyone quite like the Stucky-Dane duo.

1) We now compete nationally at "standing for long periods of time" and 2) are super adept at going from painting a mural to in swimwear 2 minutes.

On the less torrential downpour of a drive home, I got to sign my first "deal memo" for the feature film I booked / am shooting this and next month!

And got to end the day chatting with an actor old friend. What a delightful way to end the day.

What a week! Jonathan’s booked another acting job, I had 3 acting class showcases (performing my scene for casting directors), and it’s parent-teacher conferences this week. How’s your week been?
