CLIENT WRITES ONE STAR ⭐️ review about hair salon + stylist after THEY show up to their appointment late and also sick 🤧

This situation over on TikTok had me so heated last night 😡 IYKYK lol

There’s soooo much to unpack here, but I included snippets from the Karen Client who after showing up late to her hair appointment and was also sick, ran to her car IMMEDIATELY to make a video bashing the hairstylist. She also wrote a one star ⭐️ review trying to hurt this young ladies small business. The stylist made a response and she was so classy. So calm. SO PROFESSIONAL. She offered to take the client the next day or another day that worked, but explained that she would be unable to take her anymore because it would be unfair to her other clients being that she was late.

I told everyone on TikTok to follow her (the stylist) and I see she’s here on IG too Madelynn Gunnett🪩✨ and also the small studio salon Strand of Sol Studio ✨ Hairstylists unite 🫶 and clients too! She deserves some love.

I’ll never understand the entitlement running to the internet and bashing a hairstylist for sport. She (the client) definitely can be disappointed. Or even cry. Call a friend. But to try and hurt someone’s livelihood when they did nothing wrong and were as accommodating as possible? Booooooo! 😒

She hated her hair. She said it wasn’t blonde enough. She said the blonde was yellow & it looked like corn 🌽 😢 She said it was flat and she wanted to cut it all off. Even after it was level 10 she said NO. It’s still not the blonde I want. I want platinum. I wanna be a rockstar.

This hair appointment was a journey. There were twists, and turns. There were unexpected mishaps 💦 🥵 Luckily, we made it and GUMBALL was obsessed 🤩 with her new platinum rock and roll mullet 🤘✂️
