It is essential to retouch your solid blonde with no more than a half an inch of regrowth to keep it in the heat zone.

The area closest to the scalp is influenced by the natural warmth of the body, which accelerates the chemical process of bleach.
This heat zone allows the bleach to lift more quickly and evenly. If the regrowth extends beyond this zone, the processing may become inconsistent, resulting in an unwanted band of darker color that usually has more warmth.
