Hello Women of Excellence!

AS of 7 PM central time Brandi Lampman completed the qualifications to finish DIQ becoming the director of the 20th unit needed to complete our National Area requirements!

The position of National Sales Director is an appointed one - so until we hear word from Mary Kay - it is not official - but we have done our part.

This was truly a team effort - from the Sales directors to the DIQ's - to my unit members - adoptees and all the people cheering and praying for us across the country - THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

I will have more recognition and details soon - but thank you all for being a part of a 15 year dream coming true.

I prayed this AM that God will help me be a humble, bold, wise leader for all of the people He has put in my path!

I am soooo excited to see what adventures He will lead us on next!

It is at this time of the month that you must keep "trusting the process and God". The results cannot yet be seen. Do not lose hope - keep doing the small right things every day and the results will start to come! Total belief in ALL of you!

Thanks to all of you who came to the director - DIQ meeting - especially Kym Roloff - jumped in the shower and made it there. I feel like I am ready for May now with all your encouragement!!! Love you all!

I am SOOOO excited for May 1st! 5 DIQ's that I know of - WOW - Brandi - Kym - Jenny - Lisa - Rhiannon anyone else out there??? WOW - I can't wait to celebrate all of YOU on the seminar stage - who is next??

Thanks for all your prayers. The National Area is not complete as of April 30th, but we are so much closer! Congrats to Shelli DiGiovanni my sister and brand new sales director and to Kym Roloff and Bradi Lampman who threw their hearts over the line to complete DIQ in 1 month. They did AMAZING and will both finish in early May. God's timing is always perfect. He is never early - never late - always on time. It is simply a 31 day delay! So proud of ALL of you Goelzer area!
