If you are a college athlete, D1 athlete and your goal is getting into pro sport, into big team, taking care of your body, recovery are the things that are essential! Professional sports massage, self-massage and etc are important! Big sport requires much more responsibility; therefore, you don’t want to let your team down because of some even small injuries.
