It’s pride weekend in NYC and the finale of a month long celebration. While the rainbow signs and glitter displays are beautiful , we believe that the most powerful thing you can offer someone isn’t just celebration but true connection.
For so many the beauty “counter” or beauty tutorials on YouTube are the first place they feel seen and safe connecting with who they are and a greater community. Self expression isn’t questioned it’s celebrated. ☀️ 🌈 and THAT is the beauty of belonging.
It’s why to us beauty has always been a language of self expression , identity and JOY. BBC is proud to be a small part of a world that makes everyone feel seen , welcome and worthy of taking up space.

Ready for some retail truth ? Most customers can’t tell brands apart from each other on the shelf.
Brands OBSESS over their formulation differences , packaging nuances , social posts , everything except often what’s actually happening at point of sale.
The secret to winning is understanding customers and how they experience brands— through retail education and in store experience.

You may have noticed 2 things this past quarter : 1) we were quietly building the next chapter of our growing agency but that meant we took a little break from posting here while we leveled up for BIG THINGS
