It’s been so long since I’ve even looked at FB let alone posted. But since I’m having surgery tomorrow (lumpectomy for stage zero breast cancer), I decided to reach out to the universe for some TLC. Gotta say it was shocking news to receive and I am still processing. My friends who’ve had this experience have assured me it’s no big deal. I hope they’re right!

It's been a long time since I've been on my page, but I'm back and hope to meet some new clients who'd like to experience my brand of therapeutic massage.

Massage helps to keep you healthy, but so does eating right. Here's a terrific recipe for low calorie pizza with an alternative version for vegans:
Layer 1 6" whole wheat tortilla with tomato sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese (or soy mozzarella), 1 large sliced tomato, thinly sliced turkey sausage (or meatless italian sausage), fresh basil leaves. Grill or broil until crisp. About 300 calories. Yum!
