The Nile doesn’t resist the current. It doesn’t rush the sunset 🌅. It simply keeps moving, day after day ☀️ . For thousands of years, it has carried history forward without ever looking back. Maybe that’s resilience… honoring where you’ve been, but never letting it keep you from where you’re meant to go.
Showing you the BTS of ear 👂🏼 seeding… including the part where the seed absolutely refuses to stick. 😂 Because social media isn’t always as seamless as the final reel makes it look. 👀
But once I actually get them on, I’m obsessed. Have you ever tried ear seeding?
Ear seeding is inspired by auriculotherapy, a practice that uses specific pressure points on the ear that correspond with different areas and functions of the body. The tiny seeds are placed on these points to provide gentle acupressure throughout the day.
I’ve been incorporating them into my wellness routine as a simple way to support relaxation, stress management and overall balance. And yes… sometimes the hardest part of the entire ritual is just getting the darn thing to stick. 😂
Let’s EGG-nore boring dinners for a minute... 🥚😉 If you love Egg Roll in a Bowl, this high-protein version is about to become a new favorite! It’s quick, gluten free, meal-prep friendly, and one of my favorite ways to fuel my routine. Such an easy way to give an everyday meal a nutritional upgrade!

🍑 Sweet enough to feel like dessert. Powerful enough to nourish your body.
As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I’m always reminding my clients that healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with choosing whole, colorful foods that your body recognizes.
Here’s why pluots earned a spot on my grocery list:
🌿 Feed your inner garden: Fiber nourishes your beneficial gut bacteria, supporting digestion and a healthy microbiome.
🔥 Quiet inflammation: Antioxidants and polyphenols help protect your cells from oxidative stress and support a healthy inflammatory response.
⚖️ Honor your blood sugar: The natural fiber helps slow the release of sugar into your bloodstream, especially when paired with protein or healthy fats.
✨ Glow from within: Vitamin C supports collagen production, while antioxidants help defend your skin from everyday stressors.
❤️ Love your heart: Potassium, fiber, and powerful plant compounds help support long-term cardiovascular health.
🌙 Choose foods with life force: Whole foods nourish your body in ways ultra-processed foods simply can’t. The closer your food is to nature, the closer it is to the way your body was designed to thrive.
🧠 Feed your brain: The antioxidants in pluots help protect brain cells from oxidative stress, while vitamin C supports healthy cognitive function. Every bite is a small investment in your future brain.
Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistently choosing foods that love your body back. 🍑✨
Have you tried pluots yet? If you haven’t, this is your sign to grab a few while they’re in season. 💛
