Not competing, just evolving šŸ¦‹ the glow up is personal šŸ”„

There are certain people who come into your life and change you forever.

This incredible, radiant, sunshine-of-a-soul woman did that for me 🄹

On the day of my mom’s death anniversary, she held space for me, not by asking constantly if I was okay, but by simply putting her hand on me, reminding me I wasn’t alone. She let me cry without trying to fix anything. She co-created one of my favorite days of the trip… and, go figure, it was that very day.

She gave me permission to be fully me… loved, seen, and accepted unconditionally. Our projector and reflector energy bounced off each other in the most magical way.

We laughed. We cried. We danced our booties off. We sang our hearts out. We walked a million steps on the beach (and up to my treehouse) šŸ˜‚ 🄵

We cruised through town, blasting country music, and just… lived.

My heart is so full from this experience and from meeting this extraordinary soul. What a beautiful beginning to an epic friendship ✨

Thank you, Amanda, for changing my life just by being you. I love you so much šŸ¤

In case you were wonderin’…

The depth of your joy
is directly connected
to your willingness to feel the ache.
You don’t get one without the other.

For a long time, I didn’t understand that.

I used to collapse inside of sadness.

I was afraid of my anger.

I would shut down because I thought I was too much.

Too emotional.
Too sensitive.
Too intense.

But I wasn’t too much.
I just didn’t know how to navigate my emotions.

No one had taught me how to feel without drowning.
How to stay with sadness without becoming it.
How to hold anger without exploding or suppressing it.

So I shut down.
Because it felt safer.

But numbing doesn’t discriminate.

When you mute the grief,
you mute the joy too.

The shift wasn’t becoming less emotional.
It was expanding my capacity.

And that’s the shift I help you create.

Not to harden.
Not to control.
Not to ā€œtone yourself down.ā€

But to build the strength to feel fully

without collapsing inside of it.

To experience sadness without making it mean you’re broken.
To feel anger without fearing you’ll lose control.
To stay open in moments that used to shut you down.

When you learn how to navigate your emotions,
you stop living muted.

You feel it all.
And that’s where aliveness begins.
