I didn’t leave the beauty industry behind, I brought it with me. New coat, same devotion to helping people feel good in their skin.

✨Advancing Trauma-Informed Care in Beauty & Medicine✨

I started my career as a national educator in the beauty industry, working with incredible providers across the country.

Early on, I began to see more people struggling with body (especially facial) dysmorphia and eating disorders — and I made a promise to bring mental health to the beauty industry.💛

Fast forward to 2025 — I’m now an LCSW specializing in Eating Disorders and Body/Facial Dysmorphia, and I’m so excited to share that I’ll be joining and at their Medical Weight Management Clinic & Women’s Clinic.

Now more than ever, the beauty industry needs trauma-informed providers.

Bridging beauty, psychology, and medicine — this is my life’s work. 🌿

In the summer the best skin tip is to KEEP IT SIMPLE 🌊✨🏝️🌞

Do you simplify your skincare routine in the summer?

To the communities in Pacific Palisades, Hollywood, Studio City, Altadena, Malibu I stand with you all.

Please pray for our communities and our animals. 🙏🏽

One of my top values is EDUCATION. 📚

I believe that education opens doors for us, allows us to connect with others who are curious, and ultimately it allows us to show up as the best providers for our patients.
