Safety first

Many of you may be concerned about the Coronavirus outbreak and may even have questions and concerns on what measures are being taken to protect your health while you are in the salon. I’m sending out this communication to provide some answers.

Sanitation is always in practice, as mandated by the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. While we can’t provide a completely sterile environment, additional disinfecting and cleaning is being done after each client to help provide a little extra protection against the spread of germs.

You can help us keep everyone healthy by frequently exercising proper hand washing with soap and warm water for 20 seconds. We ask that you please wash you're hands before entering the studio(restroom is on you're right hand side when entering the reception area). Hand sanitizer is available for you to freely use.

At this moment we will not be extending handshakes, hugs but will acknowledge you.

Feel free to limit conversation if you feel like it ( bring reading material or you're phone as we have temporarily taken away all magazines at this time). if you would like we won't take it personal I promise.

We also at this time will not be offering any refreshments.
As per new regulations until further notice we ask that you wear and maintain a face mask at all times while in the building!

If you are ill or feeling symptomatic in any way, please be courteous and let us know and we will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment.

Salon Republic is taking extra steps to protect everyone by:

HVAC Fitting Ultra-Violet Light Technology:

In order to further protect our salon environment, we have modified our HVAC system by installing UV Lights in the ductwork or near the AC coils. Ultra-Violet light destroys microbes like mold, bacteria, fungi, mildew, mold spores, viruses and other pathogens.

With your help and a few extra precautions, we can still serve all of our clients through this uncertainty. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I want to take this time to communicate with you on what to expect once we resume business as usual.

Please know I will do the best I can to deliver an amazing experience for you as always while working within the perimeters I am allowed to operate under!

These are guidelines being required of me as a business owner in the city of Los Angeles county!

I ask that you please abide by what is being asked know that it is not my call on weather I can or can't fallow the guidelines there will be a NO EXCEPTION to these guidelines!

***If there is a medical reason why you cannot wear a mask that needs to communicated well in advance prior to you booking you're appointment so necessary steps can be taken***

No hand 🤝shakes or hugs 🤗 will be extended at this time but you will be aknowledged♥️!

🧽✋wash hands prior to entering the suite and after you're Appointment!

No outside food🥑 or beverages ☕are allowed with the exception of 1 disposable/drink water bottle( no hydro flask or reusable items)

Please do not bring any guest 🙍🙍‍♂️ along with you! No one is allowed in the building except the person being serviced!
No pets aswell 🐕!

Coats 🧥, bags 👜, personal items🎩 must be placed in a to go plastic bag(will be provided for you) do not place personal items on coat hanger, chairs or on salon surfaces. (Refrain from bringing unecessary items🎒 when possible.

Cash 💵 or check 🧾 payment will not be accepted at this time I am only using venmo touchless pay!

Entrance into the building will be locked we ask that you please wait in you're car or outside! will use virtual 🤳check in text when you arrive and you will be escorted to the suite!

Due to the limited capacity(50%) we can operate under at this time we will not be double booking or booking more than one guest at a time per stylist! We also cannot squeeze you in last minute so please plan accordingly you need 72hr clearance prior to an appointment!

***You're full co-operation is expected please understand these are not personal buisness policies these are a state/county mandated policies that I must abide by! Thank you for you're co-operation!

As we all continue to take shelter in place during this pandemic, I sincerely hope you and your families are all safe, healthy and well.


I miss all my guest and wish you all nothing but a brighter morning and good spirits.

You have all been such a bright light to me. I would like to thank you all for your continuous support and patience during this challenging time.

I would like to thank you for not cutting or coloring your own hair and waiting for me to reopen.

I would like to share some insight with you as I prepare to create a safe place for both my guests and everyone else.

I am staying connected with the industry sanitation standards and in the process I am being Barbicide Certified to ensure the safety and cleanliness for the salon environment.

I have purchased face masks, shields, gloves, capes, gowns and sanitation solutions.

As I am revising guidelines within my salon I will keep you informed with any updates, and ensure to service my guests without sacrificing the guest experience.

My hope is to make my guests feel secure and that I am doing everything in my power to reopen with a safe, clean and better salon.

Open for all my guest during this difficult time ready, prepared, sanatized, desinfection, sterilized with a heppa ceiling unit installed way before all this covid-19 happened(since we are in an inclosed space unit suite working with chemicals) All material for each guest is labeled with there name on each bag disinfected and sterilized! We will continue to serve all guest until told otherwise by a government agency!

This is an issue that needs to be adressed. First of all thank you for choosing me as your service provider for all your beauty needs aswell as for supporting my buisiness.
Now on to the issue at hand. In ordered for my buisness to be profitable and continue to stay in Buisness I need to maximize my time when I am in the salon for this reason I book back to back with no gaps inbetween appointments. I am having issues with people coming in late and and not calling prior to let me know to see if its ok to still come, not showing up,
Or cancelling the day of.

Moving forward if you are running late communicate that with me because chances are if you are late we might need to cut services or reschedulle you.
Cant make it in I need a 24hr heads up!

When you dont show up it cuts in my profit I work hard like everyone else to make an honest living.

Guest policy

Code of conduct
This is a shared space for you and others to enjoy. We love you be yourself but be aware of others around you, With this in mind
I like to creat a warm, welcoming, neutral space for all my guest in return I ask that my guest communicate and behave in a respectful none aggressive manner with myself and others in my space failure to do so will result in being asked to leave.

Online/ in person

I LOVE to keep in touch with all my guest, I ask that all my guest communicate with me within the posted business hours.
Have a question or concern outside of business hours? Please email at [email protected].">[email protected]. When communicating online or in person I ask that my guest remain calm and respectfull bad behavior will not be tolerated.

Cancellation policy/ Reschedulle
I ask that all my guest notify me 24hrs of any cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount of your service/s. I understand that emergencys happen and these will be handled on a Case by case basis.

Late arrival
Due to my tightly packed schedulle. I ask that all my guest arrive on time to their appointment. This allows for your appointment aswell as other guests appointments to run smoothly. Please allow enough time when traveling to and from your destination. As well as being aware of parking situation and salon location. Failure to arrive on time to your appointment may result in being rescheduled to the next available date.

Refund policy
Their is no refunds on services performed. All minor mishaps and mistakes will be corrected when notified within 72hrs of the service being performed.

Pet Policy
I welcome pets in my space but be aware this is a public shared space. Have a service baby or a furry friend you would love to bring to your appointment no problem but I ask that my guest communicate this with me when booking your appointment.
