I thoroughly enjoyed my day off at WellHaus—and clearly, I needed it more than I realized. 💚 I had the BEST massage. Don’t ask me what kind it was because I honestly don’t know 😂… I just know my body said, “YES, THIS!” I needed it so desperately that I booked my next massage before I left!

And while I was there, I went ahead and booked an appointment with the esthetician too. At this stage of my life, I’m learning that taking care of myself has to be a priority—not something I squeeze in after everything and everyone else.

If I had understood years ago how good it feels to intentionally rest, restore, and pour back into myself, self-care would have been much higher on my list. But I know now—and I’m choosing to do better for me. ❤️

More rest. More wellness. More appointments that make me feel good. More taking care of ME.
