AS SEEN ON NEWSNATION 📺 NewsNation | Chris Cuomo 💪🏽
Chris Cuomo just put GYM IN A BOX® Gym In A Box L.A. in the national spotlight again — standing up for American small businesses getting crushed by tariffs and the backdraft of the Iran war.
We ate all the costs. We didn't pass them on to you like big corporations do — the same ones that then collect the socialistic bailouts. We're fighting on our own. But we need YOU to keep being the backbone of America.
Tariffs spiked our shipping and manufacturing costs. Supply chains got messy. But we're still here — designed and developed in the USA, shipping free from Beverly Hills, giving you a real workout in 15 minutes only. No gym. No wires. No sticky gel pads.
When you shop with us, you're backing a real American small business — and getting our patented ToneUp15® StimFit Technology that makes your muscles actually contract while you go about your day.
Get what Chris uses to stay fit, strong, and energetic — with just the push of a button.
Thank you, Chris. And thank you for supporting small. 🇺🇸

Special Tribute 😢 One week ago today,
Nicole Rabitzsch’s life was stolen by her husband Hendrick Rabitzsch , who killed her before taking his own life. 🥲
Today, I’m sharing this to keep her name and memory alive. Nicole deserved safety, love, and a future.
We spent a lot of time with the couple and Nicole was part of many of our Gym In A Box L.A. brand campaigns.
Husbands killing their wives is a pandemic of violence against women. We cannot keep mourning women without demanding more be done to protect them.
My heart is with everyone who loved her.
Fly high, Nicole. 🕊️🤍 Your life mattered. You will not be forgotten.
Thank you for the great and fun times we shared together in L.A. 🙏

📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT — GYM IN A BOX®
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Today marks the first day we GYM IN A BOX ®️ will publicly post customers who steal from us . Swipe left to learn about the first in the long series of online thieves that damage our small business- with the help of the banks and SHOPIFY Shopify 🤬
Keeping our products while using a dishonest payment dispute to get your money back is THEFT.
We are speaking out about chargeback abuse hurting our business and other small online retailers.
People order our expensive high-tech products, receive delivery, then dispute the payment. In the cases we are challenging, the payment is refunded, our products are not returned, and we face additional fees.
In one case, more and more customer receive a refund through the dispute process right after they got our products delivered,
they file a bank dispute, get a refund even thigh we obviously have proof of delivery and they have never returned the product.
Under Shopify’s automatic dispute-resolution program, we have been denied the opportunity to submit our evidence before refunds are issued.
We pay for the product. We pay for shipping. We lose the payment. Then we pay a dispute fee.
We pay Shopify monthly fees and a percentage of every sale. We expect a fair opportunity to defend our business.
We will publicly document these incidents without revealing customers’ names or personal information.
We are seeking legal representation to pursue action against Shopify and the banks involved, including a potential class-action lawsuit. Our case file includes delivery records, correspondence, fees, documented losses, and supporting evidence.
Small ecommerce business owners: If you have experienced the same situation, get in touch.
Attorneys: Our evidence is prepared and ready for review.
Nino and I built this company from scratch. We will fight to protect it—and stand with other small businesses facing the same abuse. How much more can we endure as a small business, not much, we can tell you that.
Theft does not become acceptable because it happens online. We have the receipts. We demand accountability.
