As COVID-19 has taken all means of income, and completely shut down my business by mandate, my building has offered to defer rent until June. That would mean that as of June, my rent would jump from$2560 to $3810.00. Thanx for your generous help. As you are a corporation, you’ll definitely be getting a bailout, while also collecting rent. YOU ARE WHAT CORPORATE GREED LOOKS LIKE. Your suggestion to put my rent on credit card, or to defer payments is useless and offensive advice.
