Korean Skincare Night Routine Step by Step! We are at Sokit in the Beverly Center. Our favorite Korean Skincare Store!

Here is your morning routine - sequence and some product recs! We were at in the Beverly Center. It’s a Korean Skincare store where they really help you pick products and a full routine so you don’t have to guess.

Note: you may apply your vitamin c serum before or after hydrating toners. Sometimes it best to just defer to the brand’s instruction on the bottle.

2. Vit C serum (before or after toners) apply to dry skin. If it’s after toners, let your toners dry. Medicube Vit C serum and for sensitive skin Dr. Althea 63% vitamin c serum. .altheaglobal

Trust us when we tell you, we regularly, in fact, daily, apply salmon s***m a.k.a. PDRN to our faces. It sounds hilarious and almost ridiculous, but it is a real thing.

Originally in Korea, they were injecting it with a syringe superficially on the skin. They still do that, but the same company who invented that technology then made a serum with a small enough PDRN molecule to be absorbed into the skin. We highly recommend this serum!

The purpose of using PDRN is for skin rejuvenation. It helps with fine lines and wrinkles and the sagging skin that we get as we mature it ever so slightly helps to lift and plump. It is also very hydrating!

After having used it for quite a while now, we have noticed that our skin has more plumpness and a more youthful glow. Does it actually lift? It microscopically heals the surface layers of your skin, so it may feel a bit tighter, but if you want deeper lifting you have to get advanced procedures.

There are two ways I would start to incorporate skincare:

1. You could start with step 1 on our guide and do that for a while and then add in step 2 and just go from there.

2. You could immediately start by getting the most important serums into your routine. Vitamin c Serum in the AM and an exfoliator for one night a week and then maybe a retinol but you need to be gradual with all of this. Start only one at a time and don’t buy the high potency ones. There are options in the full free guide or you can go to our shopmy and look for “categories”. All of our recs are there.

You must start using sunscreen tho. If you don’t, you may defeat all of your efforts. Your skin will be sensitive to sun exposure especially if you exfoliate. If you go too fast with retinol you will also get irritation. Follow the guide.

Replying to 9 Anna: We are estheticians we test new products all the time. The most important part about getting great skin, or the best skin that you can possibly have, is consistency. If you can be consistent with a morning and night routine, you will be way ahead of the game. And knowing what products to use and the order of your skin care routine is also very important. But don’t forget that I consistently do the list in the video. It’s been a couple of years now - stay the course!

Very few lasers and very little Botox. Trust me when I say this is mostly the result of our method - am and pm with commitment and consistency.
