Happy Juneteenth- you know who you are!

When I was diagnosed with ALS there was an overwhelming feeling of being done going further in all goals … a good friend was adamant about me not giving up on something more. I had to reflect on my careers, goals, relationships, and knowing that with all things possible all things are possible- I find myself in a world of possibilities- not knowing but open to where that may lead.

Shaping up to be a much better start to my day than yesterday…promises of a great weekend ahead!

So I recently had to replace my lost phone…aside from losing half my contacts when I lost my OutLoud account now the other half somehow won’t come back…so if you know me and have my digits like all of you send me a text with your info or otherwise don’t get mad when I’m in town and don’t/can’t reach out

Well I am back in kickball- Las Vegas Style- yeah It’s an hour and a half trek each way but was well worth the trip and I played well can’t wait to see some of my LA folks next week in Phoenix.

Exploring my old haunts with a wide open day…today is the day I’ve decided to start cataloging my experiences

It’s been a big year…lots of challenges and triumphs and thank you all for your support along the way…ALS 49 OutLoud Sports Lincoln Lawyer Juror and a hugely successful last year as a massage therapist to my move out of LA next week…life continues to be a rollercoaster and I can’t even begin to imagine what the next decade has in store for me…what I can tell you all is my life will remain big filled with love laughter joy and tears…stay tuned 2024 I’m coming in like a wrecking ball… get out of my way or I will wreck you!

A big boom followed by a power outage…Happy Birthday to me

Happy birthday Eve to me- messages already coming in. A nice quiet evening indoors having mixed bean soup with ham. It’s a perfect night. I’ll see people tomorrow!

Duck fat fries and a drag show…must be LowBrau and Badlands on a Monday in Sacramento…yep I fell for my bartender so typical 😝 after my short stint laying my Uncle to rest I’ll be back in February!
