Kiwi & The Skin
Why do I love kiwi?
Kiwi is such a simple way to add more fiber to your diet. Fiber helps keep things moving, supports regular elimination and feeds the beneficial bacteria that make up our gut microbiome. These before and afters are a perfect example of when you don’t feel like you’re making progress but you are. It hasn’t been quite a month and there is a drastic decrease in redness and irritation, improved texture and clarity of the skin. We are working internally so there is a bit of a purge happening. Although not fun, it’s a good thing. Excited to keep this healing journey going!
