Hilights , root shadow, hair cut, and tinsel.

This beautiful client wanted to be blonde but didn’t want it there to be so much on top. She also wanted to have little upkeep. So I gave her some fun around the frame of her face and her perimeter in back while still keeping it under the hood. When her hair moves it shows the hilights and dimension from the interior. She can go six months to a year without having to come in for color touch up. When going this blonde she should still have a haircut every 2 months.

This lovely new client knew there was something missing in her hair. Her hair is fine and was porous on the ends. She liked a warmer tone. I deepened her base but I also made it a little cooler than she had been before. In nature, hair, even when warm comes in cooler and then warms up as it grows out. I mimicked that here with Mydentity Hair Color. Then I balayaged her with Oligo Pro clay and in every “V” I low lighted with Redken shades EQ. Creating more dimension. Then I finished with an Olapkex #2, with a dose of B3, and 2 caps of Redken Shades EQ to perfect her tone. (Not usual and I’m sure I’ll hear about it from some, but I don’t care cause this works for me and I get results. Shiny conditioned on tone results.). Then taught her how to care for her fine processed hair. No hot water, a shower water filter attachment, and good hair products. I’m happy with the results and she was thrilled with the hair education I provided and bought everything she needed in the salon. Booya!
