Here is a short clip from episode 57 dropping tonight. I sit down with relationship coach Dave McLachlan, author of Is He Worthy?, for a powerful and necessary conversation about dating with discernment. Dave’s mission is clear — to save relationships before they start — by helping women recognize red flags early, trust what they see, and stop investing in men who aren’t ready, intentional, or accountable.
Together, we unpack:
The red flags women overlook most
Why confusion is a warning, not a feeling
How to tell when a man is emotionally unavailable
What a man’s patterns reveal about his character
The difference between chemistry and compatibility
Why accountability protects your peace
How to stop failed relationships before they start
Dave also breaks down his powerful W.O.R.T.H.Y. Framework, giving women a clear, practical guide for evaluating a man’s readiness for a healthy relationship. His book Is He Worthy? expands on this framework and offers a grounded, honest perspective from a man — adding credibility and clarity to the dating conversation.
You can learn more about Dave’s work and the W.O.R.T.H.Y. Framework at IsHeWorthy.com.
This episode is direct, eye‑opening, and deeply empowering. If you’re ready to choose better — earlier — this conversation will give you the clarity and confidence you’ve been craving.

We have to forgive ourselves for our past. We cannot apply what we know now to the choices we made 10 or 20 years ago. We were different then — different experiences, different awareness, different tools. Growth gives us new wisdom, but it should never become a weapon we use against our younger selves.
Yes, we can improve. Yes, we can apply what we know now. But we cannot keep beating ourselves up for the mistakes we made when we didn’t know any better. Self‑forgiveness is essential. It’s the foundation of healing. It releases shame, loosens regret, and opens the door for us to become better instead of bitter.
