But the truth is, fear is just an emotion, and it doesn't have to control us. We have the power to face our fears head-on and overcome them.

This week, I'm challenging myself to tackle one of my biggest fears. It's something that I've been avoiding for a long time, but I know that facing it will help me grow and become a better version of myself. I'm not going to let fear hold me back anymore.

In all seriousness, I don't think it was so much the outfit but more so the confidence I was carrying in it.⁠
My body has changed a lot in the past few years. For a while, I was trying(aka forcing) to get back to my smaller size and feeling so much shame around my new shape. Thank you for 33 years of being in the dancing, acting, and fitness worlds. ⁠

I tried to hide behind clothes that were too big or loose, thinking they would make me feel more comfortable. But the truth is, wearing clothes that fit well and make me feel confident has been a game changer. ⁠

As I've started to dress for my current body and embrace the changes, I've found that I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin. So, here I am, wearing something that makes me feel good. Here's to embracing change and feeling good in our own skin. Happy Friday 💪🏼✨⁠
