Dirty Baby Soap

I have been making soap for at least 20 years but, I didn't start making veggie based soap until my youngest daughter had bad eczema as an infant. I started to do research on ways to sooth and heal the skin without using cortizone creams. Cortizone may stop the itching but, it does nothing as far as healing the skin. I also have to thank my mom for getting me a book from the junker. Its by the founder of "Aubrey Organics". He is a chemist and his mom used homeopathic remidies for the skin. Its a good read and It goes deep into marketing ploys of the beauty industry for using cheap toxic ingredients in which only age your skin and compromise your overall health. I have reasons for not using artificial colors and scents in my soap. The are known carcinogens and people with any sort of skin disorder suffer more inflamation to their skin. I have modified my recipe over the years to my own personal liking and hope you enjoy it as much I and my family does.
