We focused on keeping her ends bright and her root soft so she has flexibility with her maintenance while still keeping the feeling of being blondeeee ☀️

Had the honor of coloring this girls gorgeous mane of hair for the first time ❤️‍🔥

We opted for a soft blended color that still feels impactful but won’t require major upkeep while she feels out color for the first time!

We did a root and brow touch up and a gloss to refresh her end color. Freshened up her cut with a face frame so she left the salon feeling brand new ❣️

Let’s chat clarifying shampoo 🫧

Nearly every shampoo brand makes a clarifying shampoo and it can take some trial and error to find one you love. The redken cleansing cream is my personal fav and what I use in the salon!

Clarifying shampoo is a great tool in your hair arsenal but it shouldn’t be the only shampoo you’re using! It can help to remove build up from products and the environment, old purple shampoo, and even old residue from toners. Giving you a cleaner feel to your hair and for my blonde girlies a “brighter” looking blonde.

It should be used once every two weeks (potentially once a week if you’re someone who has thick hair and/or you use a lot of product - my curly girls this is you)

It should not be used within 3-4 weeks following a color service because even if it says it’s color safe it’s usually strong enough to affect your toner!
