Our Evening Restorative Class is a one-hour session of supported rest, gentle movement, and hands-on massage. These small-group reset sessions are your invitation to pause, clear your mind, and release the tension of the day, week, and beyond—perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Deep Rest for Body & Mind

These small-group restorative yoga massage sessions are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and fully unwind through supported stretching, hands-on massage, and deep relaxation.

This is not a traditional yoga class. No yoga experience or flexibility is needed.

There’s been a lot of change here over the past couple of years—with new ownership and many new businesses—so if you haven’t been by in a while, this is a great time to come take a look.
It’s a relaxed, come-and-go event where you can explore the space and meet the businesses inside.
