Every year, we hold our breath when the Behind the Chair One Shot Hair Awards nominations are announced.✨😱

Not because awards define us… but because it’s such an incredible reminder that the work happening inside these walls is being seen on a global stage.

This year, our team earned multiple Top 100 nominations in one of the biggest hair competitions in the world.

Think about that for a second.

Thousands of artists from across the globe enter. Every photo represents hours of planning, creating, failing, trying again, editing, and putting your work out there to be judged. Just making the Top 100 is something many artists spend years chasing.👏👏👏

To have so many artists from one salon recognized at that level is something we don’t take lightly.

We’re unbelievably proud.. not just because of the nominations, but because we get to watch the work behind them every single day. The early mornings. The late nights. The education. The self-doubt. The “let’s try it again.” The constant pursuit of getting just a little bit better.

This isn’t luck.

It’s a room full of people who refuse to stay comfortable.
To every artist who entered, whether your image made the Top 100 or not: we’re proud of you. Creating takes courage. Putting your work in front of the world takes even more.
