Over the last year, you’ve spent countless hours beside me as I navigated one of the biggest changes of my life—taking over a business. Through the long days, hard decisions, celebrations, and moments of doubt, you were always there. You believed in me when I questioned myself, picked me up when I needed it, and reminded me why I started.
Now it’s your turn.
As excited as I am for this new journey you’re beginning as a teacher, I’d be lying if I said I won’t miss having you by my side every day. Your students are gaining someone with the biggest heart, endless patience, and the kind of encouragement that changes lives.
Thank you for being more than my assistant —you’ve been my rock, my sounding board, and my best friend through it all. I’m so proud of you, and I can’t wait to watch you make the same difference in a classroom that you’ve made in my life.
