Meet Liliana Gala, Sports Massage Therapist. 👋

Hi! It’s been a while. I want to introduce myself to those of you who don’t know me. I’m a mom of 2 young kiddos. I love hiking and spending time in the mountains, cycling & lifting weights.

Being fit and taking care of my body has been crucial for me to live a life of adventure and enjoyment. It’s also a way for me to age gracefully and stay mentally healthy.

I moved my family to Loveland last year and am finally ready to get back to the work that I love so much.

I’ve been doing sports massage for 20 years now (!) I help athletes and weekend warriors heal injury and pain. And let’s be real- prevention is key. So if you have a nagging pain that won’t go away AND you feel like you’ve tried everything but don’t want surgery then I’m here to help.
