When Jen asked me if I wanted to go take a course with her, even when I was signing up, I didn't really realize that I was going to a AMTA conference, lol. This was definitely the perfect one to be my first.

When I was registering for classes, I knew I wanted to do the Myofascial Techniques for Pelvis, Hip, and Sacrum course with Til Luchau, and the only other course that I was interested in that didn't conflict with that class was the Deep Dive into Head and Neck with Dawn Lewis. It wouldn't have been my first choice. But it was definitely the class I needed. Dont get me wrong, the hip and pelvis class was great, an amazing approach to the tendon attachments on the pelvis to relieve tension, and allow for better movement in the low back and hips. But the techniques taught in the head and neck course are pure gold. Wildly effective with so little effort or strain on the therapist.

I can't wait to try these techniques on my clients, they're going to be amazed. And more than that, I cant wait to take another course with Dawn 😁

Mole enchiladas at La Casita authentic Mexican Restaurant for lunch today! We absolutely love this place. My husband had the green chile carnita burrito (again, he's a creature of habbit) and we drizzled both dishes with Marie's special habenero sauce 😋 And just when our mouths couldn't handle anymore heat, she tells us that the flan is homemade 😍 what a perfect way to dampen the heat of a deliciously spicy meal.
