If you've lost weight but the area under your chin barely changed, that does not mean you failed. Weight may not be the only factor.
The same appearance can come from fullness, loose or crepey skin, your natural anatomy, or a combination. Those do not all point to the same treatment.
If laxity is the main concern, skin tightening may be a fit. If it is unlikely to give you the change you want, I will tell you before you spend money on it. A softer jawline does not always come from the same thing.
Loose skin can be part of it. So can fullness under the chin, your natural anatomy, or a combination. That distinction matters because they do not all respond to the same treatment.
When loose or crepey skin is the main concern, radiofrequency microneedling may improve firmness and texture by stimulating collagen remodeling over time.
It cannot remove excess skin or create the same degree of change as surgery. If a nonsurgical treatment is unlikely to produce the change you want, I'll tell you before you spend money on it.

Important context: this was a combined treatment: full-face Morpheus8 with CO₂ added during the same session. This is not a Morpheus8-only recovery timeline.
Here is how my week looked, documented day by day on my phone with no filters or retouching.
That evening, my skin was warm, flushed, slightly swollen, and glossy.
Day 1 was my reddest day, especially across my cheeks and around my mouth.
By Day 2, the redness was becoming patchy and flaking had started.
By Day 3, the redness was fading. By Day 4, my makeup sat normally again.
By Day 7, I looked like myself again. Most of the visible healing had settled, but the results from the combined treatment were still developing.
This is my real experience, not a promise of exactly how yours will look. Recovery from Morpheus8 alone, or from a different treatment combination, may look different. Some people settle sooner, while others remain pink or flaky longer.
