At Metteluna Massage NLP Coaching & Hypnosis I enjoy going beyond just every day self care. This past year, I have had the pleasure of diving in to all three levels of training to now support clients with next level support: Physical, Mental, and Energetic work is now all offered at Metteluna. New events are being posted to reflect the new offerings that integrate Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and physical pain management all in their own experience. I am so excited to start sharing more content reflecting what's coming!

A couple weeks ago I was blessed to be invited to support a few of the pro strongmen at Blue Stadium for the Strongest Man on Earth challenge put on by Brian Shaw 😀🤩 it was a huge honor supporting these men and making sure their gears were well oiled and ready for each event, even if they were the size of a VW bug 😂
