Shoulder Pain That Just Won’t Go Away? 💪
The best approach to shoulder pain depends on what’s actually causing it - and for certain stubborn soft-tissue problems, there may be an option you haven’t tried yet.
⚡ Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave uses focused acoustic waves applied directly to the affected area. It’s designed to stimulate a local biological response and support the body’s natural recovery process.
Why are patients interested in it?
✓ Non-invasive
✓ Drug-free
✓ No injections
✓ Designed for stubborn musculoskeletal and soft-tissue problems
✓ Sessions are typically quick
At Well Adjusted Chiropractic in Loveland, we first want to understand why your shoulder hurts and determine whether shockwave therapy may be an appropriate option for what’s going on.
If you’ve been dealing with shoulder pain that keeps hanging around, don’t just keep working around it.

Does Sciatica Go Away? ⚡
Sometimes sciatic symptoms improve. Other times, they keep returning.
Why the difference?
Because sciatica describes a pattern of symptoms - not necessarily the underlying problem causing them.
Pain, burning, tingling, or numbness traveling into the leg may be connected to factors such as:
⚡ Nerve irritation
💿 Disc involvement
🦴 Changes in spinal mechanics
📐 Joint dysfunction or vertebral subluxation
🏃 Repetitive biomechanical stress
If the underlying irritation continues, simply waiting for the leg pain to disappear may not provide the answers you're looking for.
At Well Adjusted Chiropractic in Loveland, we evaluate the spine, movement, and nervous system to help determine what may be contributing to sciatic symptoms. Chiropractic adjustments and spinal decompression may be considered when appropriate based on the findings.
Don't just ask when sciatica will go away. Start by asking why the nerve is irritated.

Is Walking Good for Plantar Fasciitis? 🦶🚶
When your heel hurts, your first instinct might be to stop moving completely.
But comfortable, appropriate movement can actually be helpful for some people with plantar fasciitis.
Walking can help keep the foot and surrounding tissues moving instead of becoming increasingly stiff. The key is paying attention to how your foot responds.
A few things to keep in mind:
🚶 Keep movement within a comfortable range
🦶 Avoid pushing through significant or worsening heel pain
👟 Wear supportive footwear
📈 Be careful with sudden increases in walking or activity
🔎 If the pain keeps returning, look beyond the symptom to understand what may be contributing to it
At Well Adjusted Chiropractic in Loveland, we evaluate foot mechanics, mobility, and how the rest of the body is moving to help patients find the answers they’re looking for.
The goal isn’t simply more movement - it’s better movement.

How Can You Tell If Back Pain Is From Your Kidneys? 🤔
Back pain and kidney-related pain can sometimes feel like they're coming from a similar area - but there are clues that may help distinguish them.
Biomechanical back pain may change with movement, posture, bending, lifting, or certain positions.
Kidney-related discomfort is often felt deeper and higher in the back or side, underneath the lower ribs, and may occur alongside other symptoms such as:
🌡️ Fever or chills
🤢 Nausea or vomiting
🚽 Changes or discomfort with urination
🩸 Blood in the urine
😣 Persistent pain that doesn't clearly change with movement
Those symptoms deserve prompt evaluation.
When symptoms appear more connected to movement and spine function, factors such as joint dysfunction, vertebral subluxation, muscle tension, or other biomechanical issues may be involved.
At Well Adjusted Chiropractic in Loveland, we help patients understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and whether a chiropractic evaluation is an appropriate next step.
Don't guess based only on where it hurts. Pay attention to what your body is telling you.

5 Back Pain Warning Signs You Shouldn’t Ignore 🚨
Most back pain isn’t an emergency. But certain symptoms can signal that something more serious may be going on.
Pay attention to these 5 red flags:
1️⃣ Numbness, tingling, or weakness in the legs, feet, or toes that isn’t improving
2️⃣ Numbness around the groin or inner thighs, or loss of bladder or bowel control
3️⃣ Fever or chills along with back pain
4️⃣ Unexplained weight loss with persistent back pain
5️⃣ Back pain that begins after a significant accident or fall
Some of these symptoms - particularly groin numbness or changes in bladder or bowel control - require immediate evaluation.
Knowing when back pain deserves urgent attention is just as important as understanding when a conservative approach may be appropriate.
At Well Adjusted Chiropractic in Loveland, we believe the first step is understanding what your symptoms may be telling you.
Don’t ignore the warning signs.
