I used to buy blank journals and never knew what to write.

I’d stare at the page.
Write a few sentences.
Then stop.

And eventually… the journal would sit untouched.

That’s the difference between a blank notebook and a guided journal.

I didn’t create these journals during a perfect season of my life.

I created them during one of the hardest.

I was struggling financially.
I was grieving the loss of my dad.
I was questioning who I was and what my purpose was.

I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of what direction my life was going.

And in the middle of that darkness… I started writing.

Journaling became a way for me to process my emotions, talk to God, and slowly find pieces of myself again.

But blank journals were hard to stick with.
I never knew what to write, and I kept stopping and starting.
