Payment is due as soon as the appointment is finished. Recently I’ve been accepting payments before/after appointments & I have a blessed amount of clients/appointments to keep track of and I can not keep track of early/late payments for appointments as well. 🥹🤍

Most importantly I’ve been super lenient on my cancellation policies and I have to be firm. Clients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment time will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. This has been my policy for years. 🤍
