👉 Did you know that your hair grows in different stages? Yep, it's not just a one-size-fits-all process! Understanding this cycle is crucial for getting the best results from your waxing sessions. 🌟

🌱 **Stage 1: Anagen** - This is the growth phase. Hair is actively growing from the follicle. Waxing during this phase is most effective as it removes the hair from the root, giving you that silky-smooth finish.

💤 **Stage 2: Catagen** - In this transitional phase, the hair follicle starts to shrink. Waxing here might not be as effective since the hair isn't actively growing.

🍂 **Stage 3: Telogen** - The resting phase where the hair is no longer actively growing. Avoid shaving during this stage! Shaving cuts the hair at the surface, leaving blunt ends that can make your regrowth appear thicker and coarser.
