It wouldn’t be a if it didn’t happen all the time. This is my PSA that massage should be your first choice when you have pain from movement. MTs should be your first opinion. Our mission is to solve the cause of the problem, not to manage symptoms. If we can’t help, we will refer you to someone that can.

One of my pet peeves: acting like finding trigger points is some kind of psychic ability. 😂

Contrary to popular belief, massage therapists don’t perform miracles…we just do really good work. 😅

Living with pain that can be managed does not make you tough. Purposefully living with pain weakens you over time. It does not make you stronger. Real strength, physically and mentally, comes from regularly rehabbing your body.
