We get this question all the time! The truth is, neither is better—it depends on your goals and where you are in your career.

• Employment is typically a 2-year commitment. We invest heavily in our employees through education, supplies, and ongoing support, and we simply ask for that same commitment in return.

• More freedom also comes with more responsibility, from supplies and taxes to marketing and other behind-the-scenes business tasks.

Even our booth renters aren’t left to figure it all out alone. While you’ll still be running your own business, we believe in growing together. We regularly market and advertise our booth renters, feature their work on our social media, and do everything we can to help bring more eyes to your business. If you’re new to booth renting and still building your clientele, we’ll support you however we can while you grow.

At Beautymark Coven, we’re passionate about helping beauty professionals succeed—whether that’s through the structure of employment or the independence of booth renting.

We’re not hiring employees at the moment, but we do plan to grow our team in the future.
