Today, Russo’s Hair Salon officially celebrates 23 YEARS IN BUSINESS! 🖤

Twenty-three years of fabulous hair, big transformations, questionable hair decisions we lovingly fixed 😂, endless cups of coffee, a few tears, LOTS of laughter, celebrations, heartbreaks, new beginnings, weddings, babies, graduations, promotions—and enough hair stories to fill a BOOK. 💇‍♀️✨

Because somewhere along the way, we realized…

We don’t just do hair here. We do LIFE here. 🤍

These chairs have become a place where we laugh, cry, celebrate and mourn all of life’s twists and turns. You’ve trusted us with your hair, yes—but you’ve also trusted us with your stories, your milestones, your secrets and pieces of your lives.

And that is something we will never take for granted.

To every client who has walked through our doors, referred a friend, supported our dreams, purchased a product, cheered us on or sat in our chair year after year…

Today, the world feels a little less sparkly. 💔✨

We say goodbye to the incomparable Dolly Parton — a woman whose talent was undeniable, but whose heart, humor, faith, generosity, and unmistakable style made her truly unforgettable.

As hairstylists, there’s a quote long associated with Dolly that has always made us smile:

“I think the most important thing a woman can have — next to talent, of course — is her hairdresser.” 💇🏼‍♀️🤍

Whether it was the big blonde hair, the rhinestones, the quick wit, or that beautiful Tennessee spirit, Dolly reminded women that you could be strong and feminine, successful and kind, glamorous and grounded — all at the same time.

She gave the world songs that became the soundtrack to our lives, but she also gave us something even greater: an example of what it looks like to use your gifts to bring joy to others.

From all of us at Russo’s Hair Salon, our hearts are with Dolly’s family, loved ones, and the millions of people whose lives she touched.
