Starting July 20th, I will be limiting my practice to existing clients only until further notice. Gift certificates will still be honored for those who have not yet redeemed them.

With Summer Workouts in Full Force, it’s important to allow the body to recover.

➡️ As a Massage Therapist with Advanced Training in Deep Tissue care - such as Trigger Point Therapy & Sports Massage Therapy, I am offering a special for athletes 13 & Up starting June - August.

* Parents must sign a consent form & be present for each session. Athletes must wear shorts/leggings & females must wear a sports bra.

Sessions include:

💫30 Minute Stretch Session – Focuses on a specific area such as hips, legs, shoulders, neck .
$40 per session or 2 sessions at $70.

💫45 minutes – Allows treatment of multiple areas and provides more thorough mobility work.
$50 per session or 2 sessions at $90

💫60 minute Full Body Sports Session – A full-body assisted stretching session and the most common option for athletes and active individuals.
$70 per session or 2 sessions for $130.

💫75–90 minutes – Comprehensive Session for Athletic Care - combining stretching, mobility work, and massage techniques for recovery or chronic tightness.
$110 per session or 2 sessions for $210.

✨ For athletes, a 60-minute assisted stretch session is often ideal because it provides enough time to address major muscle groups, assess movement restrictions, and improve flexibility without feeling rushed.
