How ELT Indirectly Supports Oxygenation
​✨️ 1. Removing "Congestion" and Debris
​The lymphatic system is the body’s "sewer system." When it becomes sluggish or congested with proteins, toxins, and metabolic waste, it creates a backup in the interstitial fluid (the fluid surrounding your cells).
