Waiting for Botox to kick in requires a little patience… and yes, I catch myself checking for results early too.

You may start noticing changes within the first few days, but your full result can take up to 2 weeks. That’s why I always recommend waiting the full two weeks before deciding you need a touch-up or evaluating your final result.



Consider this your reminder to leave the retinol alone after microneedling!

Microneedling temporarily makes your skin more sensitive, so retinol and other potentially irritating actives can be too much while your skin is recovering. Stick with the gentle aftercare recommended by your provider and give your skin barrier time to recover.



Swelling and bruising can happen differently on each side, especially during those first few days. Your immediate post-appointment look is not your final result, so give everything time to settle before judging symmetry. 🤍
