Congratulations to on his victory today at the IBJJF Dallas Open. The high-level tournament that brings together some of the best competitors in the region, making every match a true test.

Using the collar-and-sleeve guard, he controlled the pace of the match, created the right angles, and secured a triangle choke submission.

Well deserved.

Through Jiu Jitsu, kids learn discipline, respect, confidence, and resilience. They understand how to win with humility and how to lose with strength. They learn to listen, to focus, and to never give up.

This week we begin our 6th Bueno Jiu Jitsu Summer Camp.

For many kids, Summer Camp is the first step into our Kids Program; and become much more than a week of activities. It is an introduction to our culture, our values, and the transformative journey that Jiu Jitsu offers.

We’re grateful for every family that continues to trust our vision.

Yesterday we had the privilege of welcoming the Lubbock Police SRG team back to Bueno Jiu Jitsu for our second training together.

Thank you to every officer who took the time to train with us. Your professionalism, commitment, and willingness to keep learning are truly appreciated.

Through our Blue Line Project, we are committed to supporting law enforcement by providing practical Jiu Jitsu that helps officers improve control, decision-making under pressure, confidence, and safety for themselves and for the communities they serve.

It was an honor to share the mats with you again. We’re grateful to continue building this relationship and look forward to many more training sessions together.
