Two plus years . . . hours and hours of labor and months of just . . . waiting. 😂
All my tinctures (except the gallons of Prairie Fire Cider) in one clean, alphabetized, uniform picture.
My OCD and sense of accomplishment are satisfied.
Time to start making my Tincture Sets for the next pop-up and Wolfforth Farmer’s Market.
See y’all soon! ❤️

Hello, everyone:
It’s been a quiet few months, as I’ve been revamping some of my offerings and trying to streamline some things into something a little more toned down and user-friendly, based on customer feedback and suggestions.
With that in mind, I’ve created eight separate systems/sets for the top most requested conditions and issues that we’re facing. All sets are $30!
Please take time to look through these new offers and let me know what you think.
I’m always interested in feedback, questions and thinking outside the box.
😁

We’ve been using liquid stevia as a sugar replacement for many years now, going through Sweet-n-Low and Splenda on the way.
However, trying to find one that had no alcohol, erythritol, ‘natural flavors’ or other additives that was affordable was a challenge. Really hard for me to justify paying between $20 and $25 for a 2-ounce bottle of organic stevia that didn’t have any fillers.
Maybe some of you can relate!
I decided it was time to start making my own, now that I have the resources. Although not necessarily medicinal, it’s still very practical and much more cost-effective! It’s got a rating of 3/100 on the glycemic index so it has almost no effect on blood sugar and is an excellent replacement for artificial sweeteners and sugar!
This will be available to everyone for the first time at a The Mindful Market this Saturday, March 21st, from 11 AM to 3 PM in downtown Lubbock. The address is 1213 Cricket Ave.
Come by and see some of the amazing local and holistic vendors that have been hand-procured for this market to start off your Spring right! It’s going to be an amazing time and I would love to visit with you and catch up with friends and family.

It’s been a challenge to find all-natural deodorant that doesn’t contain ingredients that still cause breakouts or rashes and doesn’t have any aluminum.
So, once again, I accepted the opportunity to create one!
This light and refreshing magnesium chloride-based spray is blended with organic witch hazel, fresh organic aloe vera gel harvested from local sources, pH-balanced alkaline distilled water and organic tea tree and lavender essential oils. It was a blessing to create an all natural, organic deodorant with no aluminum and no skin reaction reactions that can be used as a full-body deodorant.
Mag-Deo will be first available at the Mindful Market this coming Saturday, March 21st from 11 AM to 3 PM at 1213 Crickets Ave.
There is a tremendous lineup of amazing and unique vendors that will be showcased at this first spring market of the year. Please drop by and visit and check out all the amazing offerings from Panhandle Apothcary and all of my fellow small business owners!
Come see us! It’s going to be awesome!

I originally made three tins of this a couple months ago at the request of my father as a remedy for arthritis and joint pain in his hands, just because I could.
It’s now become one of the most requested items I produce.
Preparing this fresh batch of ArthrEase salve to bring to the Mindful Market next weekend on Saturday, March 21, from 11 AM to 3 PM. The address is 1213 Crickets Ave. in downtown Lubbock!
Would love to see some family and friends and new faces, even if just for a little while. Come on by and see us, there’s going to be so, so many great vendors there. ❤️

We’ve been working on some new items and expanding our offering a little bit, because for some, tinctures are a little rough and not always the way to go!
Sometimes we need to try a gentler or calmer approach with remedies, and with that in mind, we’re introducing Organic Cough Syrup, our own Tea Blends, and an alternative version of the Prairie Fire Cider, Ember & Hive Tonic, that blends the traditional fire cider components with organic, raw, unfiltered local, honey for a little bit easier use!
Additionally, we’ve made our own organic, alcohol-free Stevia leaf extract made from whole Stevia leaf, vegetable glycerin and pH-balanced alkaline water. This comes from me finding it outrageous to pay $20 for a 4 ounce bottle of Stevia drops at the store so I decided to make a cost-effective all natural version of the same 4-ounce bottle for $10. ❤️
Looking forward to having these items at the Mindful Market next Saturday, March 21, and I hope to see you all there. We will also have samples of our new chemical free, dry shampoo to give away and looking forward to getting feedback on that free item!
Please let me know what you think. Thank you all for your support. I greatly appreciate it.
