Southern Styles Salon & Spa

Simply Elegant Salon, has been owned and operated by Kathy Phillips for 15+ years and 2 locations. Miss Kathys Dad (Joe Phillips) built the salon for her in 2011 and she built her business. In recent years Miss Kathy has suffered from medical circumstances have caused her to be on medical leave and prevented her from working behind the chair. Instead of closing the salon, she rented me a booth. Hello, My name is Deidra Westberry and I started managing and renting a booth at Kathys salon in July of 2015. We quickly formed a close bond over our love for the business. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with Miss Kathy, and for the friendships that were formed. Recently, Miss Kathy sadly announced her official retirement from the business, and she has chosen to pass the salon over to me. I will miss her, but I am so grateful for this opportunity! I will work hard to make her proud. Now with all that said.......
Starting on 03/01/2025 I will be leasing and then purchasing the salon property! I will be switching my current sole proprietor small business (Styles by Deidra) for a larger LLC. My new LLC. business structure will include a new name, a new updated look and the addition of 2-6 other licensed professionals and their individual services available at the new salon! My main goal for the new salon is to build/create an amazing, full-service salon experience for our existing clients and for new future clients! Our new salon will offer all the latest styles, products and techniques in the hair industry! We will have a Nail Spa available for Manicures, Pedicures & Nails. We will offer Mini Spa Services like Facials, Waxing and Therapeutic Massages by our licensed Massage Therapist. We will have 2 upgraded high performance tanning beds for our sun lovers. Our Salon mission is to be a family friendly salon, where Men, Women, and Kids are welcome! We will take appointments and when available we will be taking walk-ins! Stay tuned for more updates, and don't forget to subscribe and join our new Facebook salon page that's coming soon!! See you at the salon!
